EHR News Flash
NHCN is a consortium of 14 community-clinic organizations, representing over 46 sites of care, in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area. NHCN provides a range of management support and technology services to its member clinics, including managed-care contracting, clinical quality-improvement initiatives, resource development, and fund raising services, an information-and-referral telephone service, and a shared practice-management system for selected clinics. Participating clinics are in the beginning stages of implementing an electronic health record to assist in providing quality health care to our patients in the community.
An added service that NHCN provides a quarterly newsletter of EHR related events, updates, and other information pertaining to health information technology.
The quarterly EHR News Flash Newsletters will be archived here. Past and current version of the newsletter information will be listed - see dates to the right. The development of this section will be an ongoing process, so please let us know if there are issues and/or documents that you would like posted.
