Welcome to the
Neighborhood Health Care Network
The Neighborhood Health Care Network is a shared
management services organization that supports community health
clinics in serving economically and ethnically diverse populations
in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. By working together,
our member clinics have access to more of the financial resources,
services and technology they need to provide high-quality care to
more people.
Since its incorporation in 1995, the Network has focused on building the highest quality and most cost-efficient infrastructure for the health care safety net in the Twin Cities Metro. Network membership includes fourteen independent, non-profit community health centers with thirty-one clinic locations throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul and Stillwater.
Member clinics provide comprehensive Medical,
Dental, and Counseling Service. There are also member clinics that
specialize in Adolescent and Young Adult Care,
Reproductive Health Care, and School-Based
Care. From this site, you can find
a clinic in your area or download a Clinic
Directory with locations and services (18 page PDF).
The Network also provides direct services to assure access to primary
and preventive health care for medically-underserved populations
in Minnesota. We offer a toll-free phone service
that provides referrals to primary
care clinics.
Operators can use a language line to assist non English speaking callers. 651-489-CARE (2273) or 1-866-489-4899 (toll free) offer referrals to nearby community clinics seeing uninsured
patients on a sliding fee scale.
