Our Members
The Neighborhood Health Care Network is an
active membership organization made up of 14 independent, nonprofit
community health centers with 48 clinic locations throughout Hennepin,
Ramsey, and Washington counties. In addition to clinic executives
serving on the Board of Directors, clinic management and medical
personnel participate in various clinical and program committees
that guide Network activities.
The ongoing goal of the Network and its member
clinics is to create a model of excellence in health care for those
populations often left behind in traditional systems. To serve these
populations—many of whom are new immigrants with limited English
language skills—member clinics have developed a unique competency
in providing linguistically and culturally appropriate medical,
dental, mental health and health education services.
