.Pregnacy testing, Options counseling, Referrals for services, and support
.HIV/AIDS risk-reduction education, Counseling and testing
.Crisis counseling
.Longer-term counseling provided by Lakewood Counseling and Career Center, including individual, couples and family counseling, chemical dependency services, and coaching to help individuals uncover their vocational talents and strenghts
.Education in schools, churches, and other community groups

.Abortion (with both parents knowledge, or after getting permission from a judge to not tell your parents)

WSTC DOES NOT PROVIDE ABORTION SERVICES

Benefits to Home Visits
When the Nurse/Social Worker visits with a client she may:

-Check on mom& baby's health.
-Offer emotional support.
-Teach about what to expect when you are pregnant, planning an adoption or parenting.
-Help you connect with different community resources:
.Doctor/Nurse midwife

.WIC
.School & other Programs
.Medical Insurance
.Financial planning help
.ECFE education
.Childbirth class
.Transportation
.Other
-Provide parenting support or tips.
-Possibly supply necessary equipment needed for parenting.
-Teach about breast or bottle feeding.
-Check on baby's developmental milestones.
-Discuss-help make future plans.
